Target Darts and Formula Sports announced as sponsors of Darts Australia
Target Darts and Formula Sports are delighted to announce exclusive sponsorship of Darts Australia effective from January 2018 and for a period of 3 years.
As the recognised governing body for the sport of darts in Australia, Darts Australia share the same mission and values as both Target and Formula Sports, the key aim being to encourage participation and growth of the sport in Australia.
James Tattersall, Sales Director at Target Darts said, “We are proud to be aligned with Darts Australia, and we hope that this partnership will help raise the overall profile of darts in Australia.”
Target’s support will include the provision of the Pro Tour Dartboards and One Piece Surrounds to be used at Australian Championship and State Grand Prix events. Target’s revolutionary Cool Play Shirts will also be provided for use to representatives of Darts Australia.
He continued, “By providing the best equipment in the game, we plan to help Darts Australia in their goal to raise the standard of darts in Australia and help the sport to continue its growth.”
Formula Sports in its capacity as distributor of Target Darts in Australia and New Zealand will provide additional support to Darts Australia through funding to support junior development and contributing to the development of a stronger online and social media presence.
